Job Description

    What you will do
    • Analyze and clarify business requirements and functional specifications
    • Develop and test services enabling complex integration use cases
    • Serve as an integration developer for the project implementation team, ensuring that the work meets enterprise standards and fulfills business requirements
    • Automate unit and integration testing and document results for review by other stakeholders
    • Support project integration and end-to-end test cycles
    • Provide tier-1 and 2 production support
    What you will bring
    • Solid experience working as a Java middleware developer with experience developing core Java or J2EE applications, integration routes, microservices, and APIs; experience with the Java Spring Boot framework is a plus
    • Experience with Linux system programming and light system administration
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    The following are considered a plus:
    • Experience with asynchronous messaging technologies like Red Hat AMQ, Apache ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or similar and open-source integration frameworks like Red Hat Fuse or Apache Camel
    • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining container-based applications on public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructure
    • Experience with Red Hat Openshift Container Platform or Kubernetes
    • Prior experience working on agile development teams like scrum or kanban
