We are hiring for QA Lead engineers/PM/Architects/SMEs please find details below.Location - Remote (for full time) Mandatory Skill Set - Selenium and C#Opportunity - Onsite opportunity to the USA Immediate joiner or who can join within 15 days. Technologies :- Key Skills - Web testing, Selenium, C#, Dot Net, Javascript, AJAX, XSLT, JSON- Knowledge of AngularJS/Angular/ReactJS- Knowledge of XML/CSS/JQUERY/HTML/- Knowledge and experience in using testing tools such as SOAPUI, Fiddler- Expert in creating CI pipelines using Jenkins, AWS, and Azure DevOps.Key Role Requirements :- At Least 3-4 years experience on Selenium C#- Deep understanding of software testing approaches (unit tests, integration tests, acceptance tests, negative testing)- Must know how to Test NFRs like Performance, Stability testing using Industry de-facto tools like Load Runner- Expertise in Defect tracking tools to identify the deviation in the product (JIRA, ALM)- Expertise in Test Management Tools like TestLink, JAMA to create test plans, TestCases and manage various releases- Understanding and implementation knowledge of data privacy concepts and information security laws will be an added advantage- Ability to manage/update existing test scripts based on application changes- Hands-on experience testing through the development cycle and pre-release in an Agile framework- Experience conducting root-cause analysis,- Experience in identifying QA specific tools for Defects tracking, Requirements tracking, Traceability- Strong ability to implement automation strategies/frameworks and engineer solutions in a rapid, iterative, and agile fashion in modern, cloud-based development stacks- Provides expertise in structured test design, test set-up, metrology, data collection, data interpretation, and statistical analysis to the design/project team.- Excellent Communication Skills- Healthcare Domain knowledge would be added advantage.Key Roles & Responsibilities : (10+ years experience candidates)1. Hands-on experience in multiple Test automation tools including Website, mobile, and cloud-based applications, and API automation2. Subject matter expert in test automation areas and capable of recommending suitable automation tools after comparison and client technology stack3. Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & automation approach4. Expertise with multiple Test automation frameworks and Lead test solution design for automation needs5. Work with DevOps team to deploy automation tests6. Document technical designs and how-to instructions7. Participate and provide a strategy for performance testing, understanding the NFR, designing the workload, review the script, execution of various Load test8. Provide technical leadership, guidance, training, and mentoring to implement test automation across various tools and technologies9. Strong ability to implement automation strategies/frameworks and engineer solutions in a rapid, iterative, and agile fashion in modern, cloud-based development stacks10.
