"As a member of Production Support Team, provide 2nd Line application and business process support as well as environment support (ie. patching, reboots, config, infra, certs).Support all internal and external interfaces. The candidate will be expected to provide high availability support for Macro Application.Perform Infrastructure monitoring and System health checks.Manage releases and environmental support activities. Schedule Change request.Logging of all calls/emails using Service First. Incident Logging.Ensure support issues, incidents and problems are managed in a timely and efficient manner.Work in Shift as per Support ROTA. On call weekend supportTake ownership of issues through to resolution or escalation, as appropriate.Pro-actively improves quality of systems and service, and increase business value.Uphold / champion policies, procedures and standardsWhat we re looking for:Good technical experience in one of below:Database: Database hands on experience (Oracle/SQL preferred)Any Programming language Python, java, C#, Perl, Bash scripting, C++OS: UNIX or Windows (2012 and above)Willingness to work in shifts.
