About the Business Position Overview Godrej Lawkim Motors Group has been a pioneer in India for the manufacturing of specialized motors and providing Calibration Inspection Services. Lawkim pioneered the manufacturing of specialized custom built compressor motors, in technical collaboration with Emerson Electric. It has Underwriter s Laboratories (UL) - approved motors in its range and also manufactures a wide range of domestic and agricultural pump sets. Now we have also diversified into Calibration Inspection Services, offering solutions to customers in Calibration, Inspection,Consultancy and Training and are also a NABL accredited calibration laboratory as per international standard IS/ISO/IEC 17025. Our mechanical calibration laboratory with its precision measuring instruments facilitates dimensional inspection of precision components. Job Profile Key Responsibilities - To achieve sales collection plan as per ABP. -Explore expand new dealer network for GPM motors for North and then the Eastern Region -To focus on sales of IE3 motors -Explore new Business Opportunities for Industrial Commercial Motor. -Ensure Payment collection from OEM and dealers. -Regularly update Competition information. Job Description -To Achieve Top Line based on ABP with improvements as per Divisional Goals. -To achieve bottom line by better negotiation. -Collection Plan V/S. Actual monitoring. New Business development in Industrial Commercial Motor Market -Debtors Management as per Norms. -Planning for internal activities to deliver finish goods as per customer requirements -Delivery commitments to the customers considering Supply Chain capability Manufacturing capability. -Product knowledge, End use of the product, Quality requirement for new business opportunities. -Appointment of Dealers considering new business growth as per ABP. -Ensuring service centre network for Industrial Commercial Motors. Counseling of subordinate and colleagues -Co-ordination with factory for motor priorities. -Co-ordination with new development team as per customer requirement. Qualification Details Essential Qualification: BE/Diploma in any stream Preferred Qualification: Post graduation in Sales and Marketing Experience Details Essential Experience: 8 Years For B.E. 10 years for Diploma Preferred Experience: Relevant Exp in Motors Industry Special Skill Essential : -Presentation skills -Negotiation skills -Result/ process Orientation -Communication skills -Analytical skills Preferred : -Knowledge of dealer market for single and 3 phase motors -Good man-management skills ,
