Job Description

*Pharma Plant production operations in compliance to cGMP requirements., *

  1. Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory.
  2. Planning and execution of the monthly plan / production target.
  3. To liaison with QA for all plant related activities like deviation, change control, SOP preparation & revision, BMR preparation & revision.
  4. To ensure the GMP compliance on the shop floor.
  5. Training of the subordinates with respect to process & unit operations.
  6. To ensure compliance to ISO 9000 requirement including documentation.
  7. Trouble shooting in the process and operation.
  8. Implementation of innovative ideas for productivity improvements and cost reduction.
  9. Effective utilization of Manpower and reduction of attrition.
  10. Ensure the new product stabilization and commercialization.
  11. Data Integrity Champion (DI Champion):
    1. Ensure the effectiveness of site DI SOP & Corporate Policy.
    2. Responsible to execute the DI Check list.
    3. Mapping of critical processes to identify DI gaps.
    4. Escalation of any identified DI Issue to site DICO.
    5. Supporting site DICO in providing awareness on DI.
    6. Tracking of DIRA. Sharing the completed DIRA to Site DICO.
