Do it here.What you ll be doing.Looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join the N&T Transformation team with a mission to increase value delivery, optimize capacity utilization, build synergy amongst interface team priorities and drive standard operating environment through tool chain adoption.

  • Lead/manage large, complex enterprise-level agile transformations consisting of multiple agile teams and/or requiring integration with activities outside scope of the Agile teams (e.g DMO, SOE, DevSecOps, Performance engineering, etc.)
  • Coach people in the business (from engineering teams, to managers and senior leaders) and collaborate with other Agile Coaches part of Global team for organization-wide transformation initiatives (e.g. design of Agile Release Trains, facilitating Agile community events, building Agile, Lean and SAFe knowledgebase, etc.)
  • Nurture collaboration & synergy between Product owner, Scrum Master, RTE, Product Manager, Agile leaders & Delivery Teams to increase value delivery by facilitating removal of system/organization impediments.
  • Create and use a network of people to better achieve results.
  • Drive mature agile delivery practice through relevant training, brainstorming, brown bag sessions, COPs.
  • Excite & motivate fellow practitioners and set them up for success in completing their scope of work.
What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelors degree or four or more years.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • FIve or more years of demonstrated experience in design, development and implementation of Agile transformation strategy.
  • Certifications in ICP-ATF, ACP, SPC, CAL, ICP-ACC.
  • Experience defining Enterprise Agile Strategy & Contribution in global agile community forums.
  • Experience with Agile, Lean frameworks and tools including, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Value-Stream Mapping, Agile Release Train etc.
  • Experience with analysis of IT processes and re-engineering of processes to improve efficiency & quality.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A degree from Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Eight or more years in delivery role in waterfall / agile model (Scrum master, Project manager, Technology/Business lead, product owner, solution architect).
  • Proven track record in working with development teams, managers and senior leaders as they transition to improved ways of working.
  • Professional coaching experience in partnering with people to encourage self-discovery, eliciting their own solutions and strategies, and holding them responsible and accountable for themselves/team.
  • Demonstrable self-growth in Agile, Lean and coaching skills with cognizance of differences between coaching, mentoring, facilitating and teaching, and when each approach is applicable.
  • Out of the box thinking; ability to come up with original and transformative solutions to latent issues well ahead of the view curve.
  • Presentation, facilitation and communication skills: written and verbal.
  • Knowledge in ALM tools (Jira, Rally).
