Job Description

Qualification: Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Electrical stream.Skills Required:

Responsibilities & Key activities:
  • Understand VB Market & devise strategy for sustainable Business growth as per Budget.
  • Monitors the Leads, Opportunities & Lost performance in CRM and provide reports to management team.
  • Devise & Drive VB MP Process for prospective business growth.
  • Ensures VB Sales Organization is intact and trained sales force in place for carrying out the required sales efforts in the right Direction with Quantity & Quality.
  • Sales Cockpit in place and ensures it is reviewed thoroughly by VB/VA Managers.
  • Provides report, summaries for FL sales teams on Salesperson Score Card KPI , Business Pulse and Sales Dashboards.
  • Ensures VB Forecast absolutes are trained & followed by the FL VB Sales Team.
  • Responsible to conduct workshops with FL teams on CRM & review business opportunities.
  • Accountable for creating & providing monthly dashboard on Opportunity & Sales visits, Cold Call visit plan & Coverage.
  • Accountable for training new joiners in Value Selling, Enercalc tool, CRM Tool, other Sales Tools & run Refresher programmes for sales team at regular intervals.
  • Responsible for co-ordinating with HR to review Sales Skill questionnaire & conduct competency survey and follow-up actions.
  • Responsible for analysis on competition products & sales strategy.
  • Responsible for preparing sales argumentation & sweet spots in consultation with respective stakeholders.
  • Competitor product Study & support FL Sales team with proper argumentation.
  • Interacts with VB Product & Global team at regular intervals & provide inputs on competitor products.
  • Involve in New Product Launches / Sales Releases and ensure the New Product Knowledge is percolated with in the FL VB Sales team.
  • Responsible for Proper Account / Asset Management & Plans in place and followed up.
  • Analyze FL sales team productivity on Visits, Creation, Tendering, Closing & Cancellation of Opportunities.
  • Drive FL sales team on effective utilization of CRM tool and data quality in the tool.
  • Supporting FL team in report generation from CRM tool.
  • Drive TMS Termination, Olympus Modernization, MonoMOD, Obsolete spares, Escalator Campaigns & Accountable for Roll-out of new Projects in KEI VB Organization.
  • Drive 24/7 CS, VAS Solutions to differentiate & increase VB Business Growth continuously.
  • Responsible for Monthly Order Booking and periodic MIS reporting to Management.
