If you have a need for flexibility, then please discuss this with the Hiring Manager.To contribute to the RFT Market Risk by being responsible for all aspects of the RFT Business Analysis service delivery for relevant market risk solutions Responsibilities include: Writing BRDS, Functional Specifications , working with Multiple stakeholders like Risk managers, Quants, Technology and CRIS(Risk Reporting) Will be working on Market Risk replatforming projects but not limited to it. The candidate may further be required to work on other streams like Market Risk re-platforming, critical works, migration, on-boarding, decommissioning or FRTB. The candidate will work as part of a local team, regularly liaising with colleagues in other regions for the project.What will you be doing Liaise with Business and other Technology teams across Barclays to investigate and understand new requirements. Specifically: Working with the Risk business to determine and document clear and concise business/functional requirements through meetings/workshops for Strategic Market Risk Solutions for Re-platforming, Regulations like FRTB Standardized Approach and IMA , Business Process Re-engineering. Need to be well versed with Market Risk FRTB regulation and Various components like Full Reval , DRC , NMRF , Back Testing and PnL Attribition test Well aware of Risk Methodologies like VaR, ES and Monte Carlo Follow good processes and practices, as defined by the team standards; ensuring that documentation is complete, comprehensive and signed off. Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines. Candidate should be assisting with the prioritization and planning of key deliverables. Review documentation and provide feedback for components that are being implemented on the project. Participate in the testing cycle and own the resolution of defects pertaining to requirement and design clarifications. Raise key issues and risks in a timely manner to the Project Manager/Delivery Lead. Objectively evaluate processes and products against applicable standards, and proceduresWhat we re looking for: Strong Years of experience in Investment Baking domain Relevant Years of experience in Market Risk Relevant Years in FRTB SA and IMA Implementation Good Business Analysis skills and Good knowledge of Market Risk systems Knowledge of financial products, Product Valuations and Value at Risk Experience of working in Risk change team or BA/PM roleSkills that will help you in the role: Post graduate degree preferably MBA Finance Risk Certifications if Any Knowledge of Python (Optional - nice to have) FRTB Regulations knowhowWhere will you be working ChennaiBe More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more as a professional, and as a person.
