OneMessage, platform provides best in class digital Communication experience and self service capabilities to customers. As part of OM application manager, you will do the following activities

  • Leading a team of ten or more members.
  • Digital Transformation of Communication in Verizon Consumer Group and Business Group.
  • Collaborating with Onshore and Business partners for increasing Digital engagement of customers.
  • Supporting operations from India and Perform platform modernization for increasing engagement.
  • Ensuring team visibility and value through presentations in different forums.
  • Driving devops and cloud transformation.
  • Accountable for security and compliance of applications.
  • Be responsible for E2E delivery of project - tactical or strategic - coming through any stakeholder.
  • Managing a highly motivated team of individuals to guide them, and challenge them to take on bigger responsibilities.
  • Exploring new areas of opportunities for the team and the organization that would not only energize the team but also help improve overall application quality and the customer experience.
  • Educating team members about integrating systems collaboratively and efficiently.

  • Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of experience in Digital commerce.
  • Four or more years of experience in cloud and devops.
  • Four or more years of experience in project and program management functions.
  • Four or more years of experience in in delivering projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Four or more years of experience in Agile development methodologies, software management tools and processes.
  • Two or more years of experience in cloud and devops.
  • Two or more years of experience in core technologies spring boot, Spring Reactive, React JS, Redis, AEM,APIGEE.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • SME in communication and metrics to drive it.
  • Evaluate solutions alignment and end user experience.
  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Knowledge Cloud, Application Security, and Agile development.
  • Excellent quantitative, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet critical deadlines.
