Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a NSM, Candidate will handle Pan India Sales & Business Development of Gyne, Pedia & General Segment based at Chennai HQ. He should be currently working as National Sales Manager handling Pan India and should be having good knowledge and experience into Gyne, Pedia & General Segment . You will ensure Achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention/ Development. You will be responsible for effective management and helping sales team to achieving target. You will handle sales team around 300 plus and sales around 50-60 Cr. per Annam. Desired Candidate ProfileB. Pharma / B.Sc in Sales, 15-25 year in Pharma sales out of which 2-3 years working as National Sales Manager covering Pan India operation, handling Gyne, Pedia & General Segment .
