• • Bachelor or Master degree in CSE/ECE/EEE/IT
  • Hands on Experience on Nokia EdenNet or Any other Vendor SON Software Deployments and upgrades
  • Hands on experience on debugging issues observed during Deploying and upgrading EdenNet SW or any other vendor SON tool.
  • Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in RF Planning and Optimization. Minimum of 5 years in Nokia/Ericsson/Huawei 3G and LTE Performance Optimization.

  • Expertise / Certifications in Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS area, VMware, Open stack and MySQL Database
  • Knowledge/Hands on experience on Python Programming ,Networking protocols and Storage .
  • Candidate must have strong practical experience on Nokia/Ericsson 3G and LTE KPI and Counters, Parameter and Feature Tuning in both FDD and TDD Networks. Multivendor experience is highly preferred.
  • Must have expertise in handling Multi Layer LTE network, including Carrier Aggregation, identifying and tuning Parameters to Improve LTE and VoLTE KPIs of AFR, DCR, Throughput, Silent Time, Setup time, all kinds of Mobility, SRVCC, Massive MIMO etc.
  • In Depth Knowledge of 3G and LTE Network Architecture, Configuration data in Netact Nokia and other Multivendor OSS tools
  • Good Theoretical Knowledge and considerable practical RF Planning and KPI Optimization experience in 5G.
  • Strong Knowledge in 5G Architecture and Mobility layering and interworking aspects
  • To Identify and resolve Performance degradation in the network caused by SON module execution within prescribed timelines.
  • Ensure that the Automation opportunities that are available in the I&C delivery are taken up and implemented in timebound fashion so that timelines required to perform NPO tasks are minimized.
  • Ability to Modify Existing or Develop New Process , considering the dynamic nature of customer environment and Delivery
  • Able to handle NPO related Activities in SON I&C and operational projects to the best extent possible.
  • Analyze and provide feedback to region team and customer about KPI improvements observed while operating Nokia SON.
  • Good Communication skills. Ability to demonstrate SON use cases to customer and other stakeholders
  • Good logical and analytical understanding Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work with virtual teams and support team for resolving complex cases
  • Demonstrate adaptability & quick learning ability
