Job Description

    Responsibilities:Analysis of functional and technical requirements in respective areas in collaboration with variousDevelopment tracks.Timely completion of deliverables.Status reporting to respective project manager.Smooth functioning of live production system.Ensure timely and correct billing and invoicing to end customers every month.Handle ad-hoc requests from end customers.Handle business changes and requirements as per customer needsResolve any disputes in billing and invoicing.Design, Develop and implement the logics in BRM system for any enhancements.Integration with various inbound and outbound systems such as Mule softDevelopment, unit testing of development work productsRequired Professional and Technical Expertise:A minimum of 5-7 years of Billing & Revenue Management experienceStrong expertise in BSS domain/Billing/Rating/Invoicing and Billing ManagementExperience in passive infrastructure (Tower) business.Experience in various modules of Oracle Billing and revenue management like CustomerManagement, Billing, and Invoicing.Experience in setting up BRM components and good understanding of the OBRM applicationarchitecture including MTA Framework, pipeline rating, Epodes and EA frameworkExperience to handle live production systems.7.
