Experience: 0 to 3 Years. Education: Bachelors degree (B.E/B.Tech) or MBA in Operations/Marketing.What do you Do 1. Candidate should have the ability to understand the Education portfolio of different competitive exam. 2. Candidate needs to ensure the implementation and usage of our technology products in the Schools, Colleges and Coaching centers.3. Candidate will be responsible for Training and monitoring of Lab Assistants in their defined territory. 4. Candidate will require to work closely with Principals, Vice- Principals, Zonal coordinators and State coordinators and Technology support teams to impart product knowledge, diagnose and fix product related issues and collect user feedback for improvement of the product performance.5. Candidate will require to generate and submit reports requested all key stakeholders in their defined territory. 6. Candidate will require to ensure long term Client relation and customer satisfaction. 7. Candidate should be interested to Travel within defined territory.Specific Required Skill Set: 1. Strong communication skills.2. A systematic approach to problem solving.3. High level of work integrity and ethics.4. Learning attitude and ability to work under pressure.5. Knowledge of Education technology products would be a plus.6. Should be able to take ownership and drive the initiatives.7. Relationship Management is extremely important.8. Multiple Languages is a plus.9. Willingness to travel within defined Territory.10. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power point and Word).,
