• Lead architecture track within the operations team by assessing ERP landscape for potential enhancement opportunities and recommend infrastructure and technical solutions for upgrades to meet business needs.
• Guide both the internal IT team & vendor partners in resolving reported issues on time as per service level agreement.
• Drive strong problem management by deep-diving into issues, looking for patterns & identifying solutions for root-causes, which will ensure long term downward trend in incoming tickets.
• Actively collaborate with various functional tracks (HR, Finance, Supply Chain & Projects) during quarterly Oracle cloud upgrades to ensure smooth transition.
• Lead both supplier and internal teams architectural efforts, utilizing cross-functional knowledge (strategy, change management & business process management) for solution implementation in ERP Cloud.
• Collaborate in the evaluation of new solutions & upgrades, which will have an impact on Oracle ERP Cloud and related integrations.
• Evaluate & communicate impacts of architectural direction & decisions (technology selection, design).
• Support in strengthening Fusion release management by ensuring uptime & effective utilization of non-production environments.
• Lead in the development & maintenance of architectural best practices and standards, including template definitions.
• Promote & leverage use of solution architecture standards, policies, and procedures.
• Review the deliverables throughout the development cycle to ensure quality and traceability to requirements and adherence to all quality management plans and standards.
• Support in resolving all compliance & audit-related non-conformances related to ERP.
• Proactively hunt for design inefficiencies & drive continuous improvements.
• Support standardization with respect to master data management.
• Ensure to keep-up the vitality of the design & process documents.
• Work with Oracle Support and hosting provider to resolve issues.
• Manage interaction with vendors and monitor vendor performance after completion of the deliveries with respect to quality, schedule, deliverables & cost.
• Ensure strong disaster recovery plan is in place for ERP Cloud and drive actions to ensure RTO and RPO expectations are met.
• Periodically check utilization of Fusion modules and recommend the optimal license utilization to save costs.
• Keep abreast of market developments and proactively propose any best practices to benefit the business.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor s degree from an accredited college, or university in computer science or a related discipline.
• Understanding of Oil & Gas field services business practices.
• Solution and Architecture certifications an advantage e.g., TOGAF.
