Standard Chartered Information Technology & Operations (ITO) is looking for individuals interested in using innovative new products and modern technologies to deliver world class digital experiences for our clients and customers.The FSTS team is accelerating transformation of agile banking services with DevOps and Agile practices, with an aim towards efficiency, automation, and improved transparency. Delivery Sprint Teams will be at the core of delivering this agenda.Delivery Sprint Teams will build and integrate components of the DevOps pipeline to deliver new banking capabilities, as well as refactoring of existing applications. Sprint teams will all be experienced programmers, operations people and product owners who can develop and drive their capability development end-to-end. Breadth across both programming and system operations is required of all candidates and depth must be demonstrated in their specialization; this is a cross-functional team with cross over between development and operations with business.Roles & Responsibilities :Participate in the full delivery life-cycle for BPM development and systems integrationsMaintain and develop expert knowledge of industry best practicesAbility to apply key concepts and techniques in the design and building of components of a multi-process applicationRequirements :At least 1 cycle of PRPC implementation experienceMin 10 years of hands-on experience in PRPC (Pega) Integration with other systems and databases.Strong communication and presentation skills Primary Skills (Must have)Good understanding PPRC properties, types and relevanceUnderstand the decision types and decision rules in PRPCPossesses good knowledge on PRPC construction and debugging tools such as tracer utility, clipboard, app accelerators, documentation tools, expression builders and form buildersSound understanding of user interfaces both PRPC out of the box and generic .Good understating of PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLAs, tickets interpretation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios, activities, activity step methods, OOTB activitiesGood handle on correspondence and reporting features in PRPC .Knowledge of any other BPM Tool or other Pega products such as NBAM and Openspan is desirableDelivery Skills (Required proficiency level HIGH): Self-driven, creative, Time-management, Problem solving skills.Interaction Skills (Required proficiency level Medium or above): Communicate and articulate well, Interact and understand processes and procedures, Good Team player.Experience: 10+ Years of Relevant Experience,
