Job descriptionRoles at this level are responsible for post-delivery relationship with clients to establish all deliveries made by LEI have met with contractual requirements Educational Qualifications B.E/B.Tech in Engineering Minimum 10+ years of experience with domain expertise in the service functionKnowledge of EPC functionsPrior Experience in any of two fields: Oil Gas, Petrochemical, HyCO or Air Separation technologiesPreferably a Process /Operations / Commissioning Background resourcePrior experience in sales / Project management would be an added advantageSkill Sets :Customer Focus, Ownership, Agile Can-do attitude is must for this role- Strong Analytical SkillsCross-cultural communication skill has importance as the role deals with multicultural customers (in India SEA) internal stake-holders from round the globeShould speak/write/read good English.Leadership quality for driving solutionsShall be ready to take up different challenges, work independently and shall have a desire to learnPetrochemical , Fertilizers, Refineries etc. Key Role Responsibility :Operational-Responsible for ensuring continuous and stable operations during the entire lifecycle of the clients plant-Accounable for post delivery relationship with clients to establish all deliveries made by LEI have met with contractual requirements-Ensures that a high qaulity of after sales/ after warranty technical support and -maintenance is provided to the clientsStakeholder management-Maintains and develops and deepens LEI business relationships with clients by ensuring the completion of assessment and feedback processes to rate client satisfaction with delivered outcomes and to develop plans to resolve any outstanding matters-Provides strong technical expertise support to clients to enable the successful and timely resolution of issues and problems to
