PURPOSE1.Ensure E2E implementation of policies, guidelines, processes, solutions so that the outcomes meet KONE s current and future business needs, engage and motivate employees and develop KONE as a great place to work.2.Performance of the E2E process across all KONE Business Services (KBS) service deliveries is measured and process outcomes contribute business benefits to KONE3.The E2E process maturity is continuously improved through effective strategic partnerships with Functions, innovation and continuous improvement4.Ensures process and operational excellence and quality with expertise, stable outcome and deliverables.5.Plays a key role in deploying / rolling out and maintaining operating model through training and supporting to KBS operations, Global finance and other stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for one or more E2E process operations and excellence (both KONE internal as well as external), provide targets and ensure corrective measures when neededCollaborate with up and down streams, Finance development and corporate controlling on defining KONE Way process and strategic priorities and contribute to strategy implementation. Deploy KONE Way in KBS in respective process.Work closely with respective Operations deliver leads and their teams, APS, GPOs and KBS Area Leaders ensuring the E2E processes are efficient and effective.Responsible for continues improvement, and deployment of new developments.Ensure internal controls and BCP plan are effectiveMonitor and drive process compliance, make sure processes are deployed and used as designedLead by example, strives for high results of KPIs and unit and area satisfactionACCOUNTABILITIESDevelops and implements pro-active approaches for error tracking and correction, quality and process management.
