Production & quality Engineer is very much immediately Hands-on, complete handling of all activities for manufacturing of precision moulds Managing a Tool Room, allocating jobs, machine scheduling, managing people,process planning and schedulingManaging manufacture of moulds and components thereof in-house and through outsourcingGetting detailed specifications from customers and ensuring production as per specifications given by customersAdministration of shop floor including hands-on management and co-ordination of mould designers, toolmakers, machine operators, etc.Troubleshooting and solving technical problemsContinuously improving productivity, quality, processes Inventory management and controlDaily interaction with top management for reporting production schedules, resource gaps, future planning, etc.Involvement in hiring process of senior personnelImplement robust QA/QMS practices and controls as per international standards.Desired Candidate Profile:NTTF/CIPET/GTTC/DME/BE/EquivalentShould have strong knowledge in handlingPress tools, Jigs, Fixtures & SPM MachinesDeep knowledge of molds and machining.Technically competent to handle precision manufacturing operations and processesMust be capable of leading multiple teams Techno-commercial knowledge a plus.Clear & straightforward communication skillsRegards,Hr
