This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.Overview:The role will work as part of Technology support to take complete ownership of support activities and drive troubleshooting and solutioning, Liaising with Product Vendor in getting solutions for all issues.Main Purpose of Job:To provide support for credit risk applications and acting as an SME / Individual contribution.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with support team, troubleshoot and resolve issuesEstablish relationships with CIO team and work together in reviewing and approving changes including taking change walk throughWork with relevant platform teams with respect to Infrastructure related to the application that is being supportedDay to day BAU system monitoring and health checksEnd to end Incident management / Problem Management / Change ManagementSupport 7AM to 10:30 PM, on emergency need to connect off business hours.Work towards SRE model and devopsQualifications & Skills:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplineSupport experience of 7 + years in L1 and L2 support in similar Banking environmentCredit Risk knowledge and experience as SMEBasic project management skills with an ability to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesGood knowledge in Java, J2EEGood Knowledge in Oracle Sql/Plsql databaseknowledge in Web/application servers, Control M tool, JIRA and ITRS alerts.Hands on experience in Windows, Unix/Linux OSGood Analytical skills.Good knowledge in support management, stakeholder management, communication management, Risk management and Leadership skills.Good Knowledge in development, devops / SRE.Apply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.To view information on our benefits including our flexible working please visit our career pages .
