Job Description

  • In today s highly competitive private equity market, firms must not only deliver superior returns, but also respond to more stringent reporting requirements and increasing demands for information both from within and outside their organization. Throughout the industry there is mounting pressure on organizations to do more, requiring a clear technology strategy that not only addresses the demands of today, but also enables the growth and performance of tomorrow.
What you will be doing:
  • DREs-Managing Profile Outsourcing standalone and annual disaster recovery exercises.
  • Review CP for all clients and create scorecards. Review Capacity Planning and Performance for profile and d1 clients. This review is completed weekly and monthly. The technical delivery team consults with the FIS technical team or the vendor on corrective actions to address the overcapacity issue. The TD team is responsible for facilitating the technical resolution and the change.
  • Bastion Server Support
    • Support the bastion environment for VBO, Call Center, Cleanroom, and Technical Support Teams.
    • Software vulnerabilities upgrades
    • Support for new endpoints-AMX Call Center issues including Navigator and CLIC
    • Proxy server issues
    • Bastion server migrations to citrix servers
  • Problem Tickets
    • Problem Tickets for p1, P2s and P3s assigned to TD team for profile application issues. Facilitates all activities to remediate problem tickets and provide a complete root cause analysis (RCA) to the client. Objective is to provide short term and long-term resolutions for issue or problem. Action items are required to be followed up on until resolution.
  • Patching
    • Weekly Patching reviews for profile hosts
  • Technical Liaison
    • Technical Liaison for Production and DR
    • Provide oversight on the Service management of Incident, Problem, Change and Infrastructure management.
  • PCI
    • Annual PCI Audit-Gather all Line of Business evidence required to fulfill PCI assessment audit. This requires interfacing with many FIS groups to ask for any new / updated information related to the PCI assessment. Remediate any issues found.
What you bring:Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML), use cases, etc. Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources Excellent problem-solving, team and time management skills Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideasEducation Requirements: Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.What we offer you:
