Job Description

Position SummaryGOSC HR Cloud Governance & PMO team is an extension of Cloud Strategy and Operations stateside team working in collaboration on the delivery of HR Strategy for GHRIS Cloud Configuration, Operation, Governance, Management & Program / Project Management. This position requires actively participating with cross-functional teams across MetLife HR functions. Provide support for configuration process, CI loads, projects and providing end to end support for GHRIS Cloud Configuration and Operation activities in close partnership with Cloud Strategy and Operations team. Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stateside stakeholders and various teams in IT, HR Partners, country/regional stakeholders for the HCM Cloud configuration
  • Act as the GOSC regional contact lead for HCM Cloud
  • Lead level 3 HCM configuration and provide SME support to HRIS Ops Testing & Support team
  • Lead level 3 BAU case/issue troubleshooting
  • Lead level 3 load troubleshooting issues and communication with IT when needed
  • Lead & provide support for CI Load & Mass Load processes
  • Liaison with Compensation for annual (AVIP/PFP) Loads
  • Shift timing varies as per projects.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEducationGraduate or PG in any discipline with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience Experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience for Associates in relevant field is required
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
  • Ability to Communicate with customers regarding process and case updates
  • HCM system knowledge on troubleshooting, mass uploads, and system configuration
  • Ability to work with IT partners to troubleshoot and resolve cases
  • Ability to work independently troubleshooting difficult cases
  • Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Basic understanding of HCM Cloud Operational / Configuration knowledge Configurations (preferred)
  • Good understanding of MS-Office including MS-Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS word
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate/articulate technical and functional issues with conclusions and recommendations to Stateside & HR Partners
  • Should be good in excel reporting (knowledge of graphs, pivots, macros, VLOOKUP, etc. is an advantage)
  • Ability to develop and maintain robust relationships with peers and stakeholders
  • Conflict Resolution skills

  • Agile Practioner certificate is an added advantage
