• The position will be responsible for Test execution/Test Planning Connex testing projects.
• This will be an individual contributor role.
• Projects may include Compliance, BAU release projects, and Migration programs.
• Ability to read and understand the requirement and functional specification document and provide test plan, scope and scripts for the same
• Should be capable enough of delivering small projects individually.
• End of day project test reporting of small projects.
• Should have the ability to represent testing teams in various meetings and should be capable to putting testing team issues and concerns in front

• Supports existing business systems applications and may provide support to the technical leaders of a project
• Works on complex projects and issues within functional/technical area under guidance of senior technical staff

• Complies with all project, problem management, change management and source and release controls processes and procedures
• Communicates well and in a timely manner with team members, senior technical staff and project managers regarding questions, issues and delays for assigned tasks and projects
• Should have good knowledge in both Agile and Waterfall delivery Models
• Should have good knowledge on MS project and office.

• Functional
  • Develops and executes formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
  • Participates in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution.
  • Testing may include application, network, system, regression, Stress/load and user acceptance testing.
  • Defect Management.
• Technical
  • Performs testing activities to include: planning, design, scripting, and execution, debugging and reporting tasks.
  • Monitors and executes automation/performance test activities for small to medium sized projects.
  • Works with Technical and Business community to define the scope of testing required.
  • Post test execution activities include error debugging, reporting needs and internal and external communications.
  • Ability to read the code in TAL/TACL programming languages
  • Ability to write simple TACL macros
  • Experience in Connex on HP nonstop and Base24 EFT switches.
  • Experience in CED configuration, NMI, and statmon and utilities.
  • Knowledge of Payment system
  • Experience in ATM and POS terminal Certification testing.
  • Experience working in JIRA, Confluence.
  • Any Automation experience is Plus(Selenium).
  • Good knowledge in Scheme tools-VTS, MasterCard, JCB, UPI etc
  • Should have massive knowledge in FinSim and UL tool.
  • Experience in Internet technology, Web, Mobile, SOAP UI tool and e-commerce testing.
  • XML knowledge is added value.

• Should be well versed with scheme presentment file preparation.
• Partner with test leads to coordinate daily end to end test activities to ensure test commitments are met.
• Prepare detailed test scripts.
• Ensuring test results are fully documented for verification purposes.
• Complete required deliverables in accordance with defined methodologies and guidelines.
• Participate in Defect management and continual improvements to test processes.
• Should be well versed with Test Management and Defect Management tools like QC, JIRA and IBM Rational
