He or She will be responsible for recurrent and ad-hoc analysis requiring business understanding and financial knowledge along with core activities that includes Volume, Trades, Revenues, costs, Rofo preparation, Variance analysis.(a) Gather Input from the Cluster/Region/Trades.(b) Analyze the input - Evaluate basis last year cost and one offs(c) Discuss the final input with Centre Business Finance(d) Validate ROFO inputs.(e) Preparation of the performance decks for the Trades and Trade clusters and Key clients(f) Prepare the Weekly Short-Term Forecast for all the Trades for Volumes and revenues and the weekly NOPAT(g) Discuss the variances with the Rofo/Budget, stretch with the centre team Variance Analysis - D&D and SG&A, Volumes, Revenues and NOPAT(a) Compare Actual vs ROFO vs Prior Period(b) Prepare monthly scorecard(c) Prepare insight on the monthly scorecard BF Organizational Initiatives Drive Ocean Business Intelligenceinitiative(a) Best Practice sharing(b) Drive Initiatives /Standardization(c) Cross functional co-ordination Centre Business Finance Commercial, BFF, GSC-all functions, Regions, Trades(d) Reporting alignment - till we continue with several of reports.
