Summary of this position We are actively looking for automation engineers with strong RPA skills for building and managing bots by leveraging some of the leading platforms UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Automation Edge and WorkFusion. This position requires candidates to have hands-on RPA development experience, strong programming skills in their earlier stints, creative thinking and results driven. The position will report directly to the Project Lead / Manager RPA Solutions and has potential to grow and establish into lead roles. We expect you to have, Minimal of 3 to 5 years of experience in managing software product development with 1 or 2 years in RPA programming. Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science is a must. Experience on any of the programming Languages .Net or Java is an added advantage Any Advanced Developer Certification for RPA platforms will be an added advantage Preference for UiPath certified candidates. What we are looking for, Design, code, test automation workflows using RPA platforms Should be able to design technical specification document for RPA Projects Experience in process documentation and analysis, PDD or SDDs, including specification of system requirements for business processes Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation including RPA proof of concepts Strong understanding of RPA concepts and market Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed Strong knowledge in RPA tools in configuring and deploying bots using any of these market leading RPA platforms UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, WorkFusion, Automation Edge, 1RPA, Pega Open Span.
