    • Visiting the customer in the allocated areas.
    • Creating a database of customers.
    • Doing market study of the products and the competitors and submitting it to the management every month.
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
    • Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
    • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential Customer.
    • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make appropriate sales Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
    • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
    • Negotiating on price, delivery, and specifications with the customers.
    • Negotiating the terms and conditions and closing sales.
    • Recording the enquiry, quotations, sales, and order information.
    • Following up with the stores for the delivery of material to the customer.
    • Following up the customer for the payment and other necessary documents.
    • Preparing the Week plans for visiting customers in guidance with the Sales Manager / Management.
    • Submitting Weekly sales visit report to the Sales Manager / Management.
    • Submitting the outstanding report every Saturday through Go to meeting
    • Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
    • Gathering market and customer information and submitting it to the Sales Manager / Management every month.
    • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
    • Advising on forthcoming product developments to the Customer.
    • Submitting self-appraisal reports every six months to the Management.
