Job Description

This individual has a broad understanding of the Web UI/services, functional, technical, and performance requirements, and how to plan and test for success against these requirements. Works in/with an Agile Development Team and organization to deliver quality products to the customer, with a focus on testing and quality assurance.What you will be doing

  • Developing automation frameworks and automation using Selenium Webdriver is required
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of the Traceability Matrix, Test Coverage Table, Risk Assessment, and test estimation
  • Writing test cases and test scenarios for complex software applications
  • Executing test cases and scenarios. Must be able to report and review testing results. Should have working knowledge of defect management lifecycle including usage of tools like Quality Center, Remedy etc.
  • Understanding different test metrics for project. Be able to document and share test metric reports with the team and project management
  • Understands project s business benefits and can articulate business benefits to project team and others.
What you bring:
  • 7+ Years of experience includes at least 3-6+ years in hands-on testing experience in automation using Selenium Web driver and Functional testing.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to handle numerous responsibilities with little direction
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time and meet delivery dates
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, organization, team and time management skills
  • Proven ability to be self-motivated and work well independently, Service and UI testing, test case designs, test execution
  • Responsible for test activities for assigned projects in an Agile development environment
Added bonus if you have:
  • Knowledge of Banking domain is a big plus.
  • Test Rail/JIRA knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization.
