Senior Analyst Treasury

Job Description

Primary team member of the Global System Administartor Team for treasury and bank systems incl. resolving Treasury Remedy tickets. As well technical and functional analyst globally for Treasury systems such as FIS Quantum, Coprocess Netting, ef3 Factoring and others . In addition global support for treasury projects and process improvements from business side.Day to day support in the use of systems - Administer global access and user rights for main banking systems - Maintain global access rights, user profiles and interfaces for Treasury systems - Contact for global Treasury system issues via Remedy and TIPCO BAM - Maintain Treasury intranet site and SharePoint; ensure access and report postingSystems improvement: - Static data optimization in global Treasury systems - Optimize electronic banking systems; user alignment, reporting and linkages- Consider improved use of PowerBITraining on Treasury systems - Train and guide users in use of Treasury systems - Prepare necessary process documentation for Treasury systemsProject management; support on-going projects - Assist and help on new and on-going Treasury projectsCompliance - Ensure group process and policies for authorization limits and segregation is always maintained - Review control framework and propose recommendations as requiredCoordination - Ensure usage of Treasury systems is aligned within global Treasury system strategy and developments are coordinated and leveraged globallyTreasury System analyst: - Technical and improvement coordination within the global Treasury department - System maintenance and support in case of issues - Database and network accessing and harmonization of Treasury Management System Quantum e.g. SQLQualifications5+ years work experience in Finance related field; experience in Treasury preferredBachelor of Commerce or Business Administration or Economics or Computer Applications B.Com, BBA, B Sc (computers), BCA, B.E. Knowledge on Treasury Systems e.g., FIS Quantum, Netting and Factoring tools etcExperience in report writing tools (Crystal, Business Object XI) and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and scripting language (e.g., HTML, XML, SQL, batch files)Fluent in English (written and oral)Excellent communicator using virtual toolsDetailed knowledge of MS Office programs and treasury systems; Knowledge of PowerBI and API is desirableWhat you will get from usEaton s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
