BNPP AM offers funds and mandates towards his clients. These funds & mandates are managed by Portfolio Managers, who are based in the different locations across the globe. Investment Operations is responsible for handling and monitoring all services, in order that the Portfolio Managers are able to manage daily their portfolios. Security Master Operations is one of the teams within Investment Operations. You, as a member of the team Security Master, Benchmark & Pricing Operations, will be responsible for the daily creation of financial instruments and Funds / Mandates, daily monitoring and validation and publication of prices for all instruments. Besides the creation, you will provide effective support to internal and external clients and you will work on frequent projects related to data quality enhancement as well as process improvement. Understand the valuation (prices / Mark to Market + analytics) process of all kinds of financial instruments. Make sure that the pricing strategy is fully applied.ResponsibilitiesDirect ResponsibilitiesPricing: This team is responsible to update the price of Listed & OTC securities to enable the fund accountants/Reporting to ascertain the market value of the securities as a part of fund valuation (NAV) and reporting activity.Pricing activity is carried out across APAC & EMEA regions for both listed and OTC.Asset creation: This team is responsible to setup the securities of various instruments in the respective accounting platforms. Security master activity is carried out across APAC & EMEA regions for both listed and OTC.Benchmark:This team is responsible of creating/maintaining indices & benchmark for funds and mandate in accounting platform.Basic Requirement

• Knowledge on Capital Markets and knowledge of Security Pricing / Benchmark/ Asset setup Management or outsourced Operations
• An understanding of a variety of Instrument types including Equities, Bonds, Unit Trusts & Derivatives.

Technical Requirement

• In depth understanding on the system functionalities. The applications we use and data retrieval from vendors.
• Trouble shooting skills set to have smooth BAU.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Process accurate security pricing / Asset Creation / Benchmark on a Global basis within given deadlines.
• Interact with both internal and external parties to resolve pricing / Asset creation / Benchmark issues and queries.
• Query resolution in accordance with time frames set out in Client SLA s
• Constantly review procedures to keep up to date with the change in process.
• Manage all ad-hoc projects and new initiatives.
• Performing a range of daily, weekly, monthly reporting s/ controls to ensure completeness of processing.
• Work with the Vendors and other parties to capture security prices / Asset Creation / Benchmark.
• Resolve pricing / Asset Creation issues in a timely basis.
• Based on the experience, she /he should able to identify the areas for improvements in the process and implement stringent controls and ensure operational excellence.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• 3 to 5 Years of experience in the field of Static Data or Pricing (Listed & OTC) would be preferable.
• Graduation / Post Graduation from the recognized University.
• Specific interest or qualification in Mathematics is an added advantage.
