Job Description

*The Senior Associate (Alteryx) will be working in IDT Tax domain in a Techno-Functional role and build workflows to process the data for the Tax compliance teamWe are recruiting for a Senior Associate (Alteryx) in the Indirect Tax team. In this team, your responsibilities will include working in IDT Tax domain in a Techno-Functional role and build workflows to process the data for the Tax compliance team. In addition, you will be required to:

  • Hands on experience with Alteryx in creating complex workflows and creating macros and app development experience with expertise in working with multiple data source types (Flat files, Databases etc.,)
  • Translate business logic into Alteryx in a quick and accurate manner
  • Proficiency with technology including MS Office applications (MS Access, Excel, VBA Macros); experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, QlikView or Tableau is preferred
  • Develop business and technical requirement documents; design, develop and deploy workflows or macros for automation
  • Proactively participate and help to lead the team and coach Compliance Team on best use of Alteryx models and processes
  • Accountable for understanding business stakeholder s data requirements; document data interfaces and data mappings to Vertex;
  • Experience with Vertex (Preferred)
Job RequirementsMandatory Skills
  • Qualifications: Any Post Graduate / Graduate from a reputed University.
  • Total Experience: The candidate must have 4 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm
  • Min. 3 Years working experience on Alteryx,
  • MS Access Intermediate knowledge
  • Visual Basic for Application (vba) ability to develop macros independently.
  • Power BI or Tableau knowledge
  • Python for Automation is an added advantage
