You draw from a deep and broad technical expertise to mentor engineers, complete hands-on technical work, and provide leadership on complex data integration technologies in the company. While you should possess deep Data and Integration technical skills, you also are expected to spend time building and nurturing great engineering talent.Show More Key responsibilitiesResponsible for providing technology leadership to Data Integration Engineering team to ensure products and platform services get built based on defined specifications; terminal and stakeholder requirements and industry best practices in a timely manner Delivery accountability and implementation ownership of Terminal Integration Data solutions. Collaborate with other Senior Engineering Managers in defining and improving processes & systems to manage workstreams that drive Terminal Integration. Drive compliance & adherence to processes amongst the staff Work with partners, product owners, scrum masters and the scrum team to do release and sprint planning Work closely with Peers & stakeholders to bridge the gap between technology and business Drive career growth for your team members by understanding their aspirations and connecting them with Maersk s strategy Attract world class talent and provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members Work with the team to publish research and represent Maersk Have financial and budgetary responsibility for area of deliveryShow More We are looking forA total of 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of experience in architecting and/or developing and delivering end to end products/solutions. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing teams Expertise in leading engineering teams delivering enterprise products Expertise in the Java stack Expertise in Microservices design and deployment Expertise in building solutions which can be horizontally scalable, distributed, resilient, fault tolerant and monitored Expertise in providing operationally critical technology solutions A good understanding of building cloud native solutions Expertise in using one or more Relational and NoSQL databases Experience in building solutions in an agile/DevOps environment as well as managing teams in that spac The ability to continually identify team improvements (retrospective analysis, maturity assessments and OKRs) An understanding of the trade-off between technical investments and continual delivery of business outcome The ability to provide direction, support, and guidance for others hereunder mentor, code-review and contribute to product development Independently lead solution design and estimation Understanding infrastructure industry trends and relevant innovations in solution delivery method Experience with Information Security management - Maintain the data confidentiality & integrity and relevant compliance of information systemsShow More,
