    Senior Manager / Head- Facility Operation Job DescriptionDefine seating plan & provision of other facilities for new joiner Provision of uniform/ dress & lockerfacilityto all employees and staff Organize company functions/ events Management Provision of new phone connection & Bank Account Arrangement of company training & refreshmentsManager daily attendance punch & updating of shift schedule in attendance system Updating of leave in Friday system and making attendance report in the end of the month Generation of new employee code on the online portal Checked and maintain employee compensatory off details file ESI & PF Chillan submission on portal New joined employee filing & sitting arrangementCheck & submit all Admin Vendor bills in account department Check driver TA bill and submit in account department Submit hotel & guest house expenses bill in account Submit Phone & Electrical/Rent bill in account Create housekeeping material reservation Create all HR & A work requisition & PO through procurementMonitoring of company Buses, Taxis & other vehicle Planning and communication of shift bus route and timing.
