  • Achieve Common and other objectives across GT
Business
  • Builds resourcing capability (quality and quantity) to meet business demands
Processes
  • No repeat of incident or escalated issue due to project implemented/fixes put in
  • Resume all Sev 1/2/3 tickets within SLA
People and Talent
  • Take initiative in developing teams development plan and discuss with concerned parties (in ILDP)
Risk Management
  • All change requests submitted with full details & on time for ECRB/CB CAB approval
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
