Senior RecruiterKey Responsibilities :- Managing BU stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs.- Manpower Demand fulfillment for Business Units. managing Status updates and reviews for hiring activities.- Vendor management.- Ensuring timely closure of Open Demands.- Making and maintaining hiring dashboard and floating it to higher management for review.Required Skills :- Alteast 2-5 Years of IT recruitment exp.- Minimum 2 years exp managing E2E hiring program for a complete BU independently.- Capability to Manage BU Stake holders and perodic reviews.- Atleast 1 year recent experience with corporate is MANDATORY.- Good in Excel and Powerpoint- Some exposure to Manufacturing hirings is must.This is a 1 year Fix Term Employment.Organization is a very Large MNC.,
