Job Code : ENAM-3347-01 Job Title : Smart 3D Administrator Department : Engineering Application Management Role Definition : Roles at this level are responsible for providing support and developmental services on engineering applications Key Role & Responsibility : Functional Competency - Administration and customisation of specific application/s or development on and around applications - Ability to carry out customisation / development for functional disciplines input and output requirement in specific application - Ensures adherence to Industry codes and standards as well as functional department practices and procedures - Knowledge of programming languages like .Net, C#, VB6, C++, etc. will be preferable - Knowledge of RDBMS like SQL server or Oracle will be preferable - Responsible for management of all activities related to his/her discipline in the project where multiple entity will be involved - Perform Quality check of application data & take responsibility for overall data - Able to prepare project execution strategies, - Able to identify & perform department specific Risk management - Able to prepare project execution organogram / man-power requirement & planning Effective & timely reporting - Understanding of Linde tools and software being used within functional departments Interfacing & Alignment - Internal and external co-ordination with other EN disciplines, IT, Digitalization, clients / PMC, other entity - Representation of the interest of the department to internal stake holders - self-starter with minimal supervision, independent, confident and presentable Continuous Improvement - Liaise with Design expert for system improvements & modifications - Support integration with other EN applications, data exchange and data handover - Take lead in development and implementation of new procedures, work instruction and workflows, productive tools development, conducting training, etc. Leading Competency - Ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge - Leading a team of specific application/s Administrators or Developers - Managing multiple projects Additional Responsibility : Application/s being supported, Programming capability, No. of project /improvement project being supported Education qualification & Experience : 1. Master / Bachelor degree / Diplom in Engineering / Computer application / Science / Information Technology 2. Minimum work experience of 8+ years in the relevant field Technical Knowledge : - Well conversant of Smart 3D project administration and Project Management tasks. - Knowledge of Smart 3D project reference data customization include preparing piping / structural / electrical / instrumentation discipline s specification and bulk load - Knowledge of Drawing an Report Customization including isometric - Experience of Various 3D Model review software - Integration of Smart 3D with other smart family products like SPF, SP P&ID, SPI, etc. and third party software Added advantage as Smart 3D Administrator: - Ability to customize Smart 3D symbols - Ability to develop Smart 3D custom command, VB report - Ability to carry out customization of piping Supports Preferred SkillSet : Know how on below Software tools & Technology - Intergraph Smart 3D, Smart Plant Review - Autodesk s Navisworks, AutoCAD - Bentley s Microstation - Oracle / MS SQL Server - MS Office Applications (MS Access, Excel, Word, Power point, PowerBi) - MS Visual Studio - Image / video editing software - Windows operating system Targeted Industries : Oil & Gas Industries, preferably with reputed international EPC contractors or owner operators,
