Job Description

What you ll be doing

Drive digital innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing technology base to optimize user experience

  • Handle multiple complex projects in parallel by working closely with Business and IT stakeholders and be a SME for multiple domain areas who assists the team members as well in solutioning.
  • Provide solutions for multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with business clients, subject matter experts, IT and internal project managers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and status communication to all involved parties.
  • Understand complex architectures and clearly communicate those architectures at both a technical and executive level. Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions.
  • Research, prototype, and document the organization s best practices using industry standards for new technology usage.
  • Evangelize and teach best practices, system design principles and adoption of new technology or techniques.
  • Involve in emerging tech third party IT tools evaluation and provide recommendations in accordance with futuristic architecture.
  • Assist in making build vs. buy decisions; coordinate with other business units in the organization to stay informed of emerging technology implementations.
  • Knowledge on technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.

What we re looking for

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects, develop design of application and provide regular support/guidance to delivery teams.

You ll need to have:

  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in solution/technical/enterprise architecture.
  • Telecom or relevant Domain experience. Telecom OSS/BSS Experience.
  • Strong knowledge in one or more from below areas
  • Technologies Tools
  • Development experience in Java, Spring etc
  • Any One RDBMS - Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgre etc
  • Strong Communication, Stakeholder management and Leadership skills.

Even better if you have:

  • Master s degree or eight or more years of experience.
  • Ten or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UI Design Customer experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM/BPM Tools - Salesforce, PEGA, Service Now.
  • Strong analytical skills experience with ML/AI tools technologies.
  • Platform/Deployment in AWS with Kubernetes.
  • TOGAF certification.
  • TmForum - eTOM, TAM, OpenAPI.
  • Experience with No SQL - Cassandra, Mongo, Redis etc.
  • Strong, persuasive communication and presentation skills.
