Our end-to-end administrative services help streamline operations, improve productivity and strengthen cash flow to help our customers stay competitive and improve member satisfaction.In these roles, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
  • Reporting and documenting technical issues
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation defect triage meeting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Provides project management expertise for quality assurance activities requiring medium complex coordination across teams.
Required Skills for this role include:
  • Technical skills
    • 7 to 9 years of relevant experience as tester
    • Should have solid knowledge of testing techniques, test plan, test strategy, RPA testing concepts.
  • Desired Skills:
    • Proven experience as a SQA senior analyst or similar role
    • Experience in project management tools (ADO / Jira) and QA methodology
    • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
    • Ability to document and troubleshoot defects / Bugs.
    • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. UI Path studio pro, AA and Quality centre) and SQL
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • A good team player and provide relevant training to the team members.
    • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
    • Strong organizational skills
Preferences:
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science with 7 to 9 years of experience as tester
