That s Walmart Global Tech for you.Digital Retail Services Operations EngineerWe are looking for Operational Engineers who will be required to solve critical problems for Digital Retail Services. This Digital Retail Services provide software solutions to support Walmart associates while serving our customers at the many different service counters within a store (ACC, Wireless, Sporting Goods, Bakery, etc.). This role would be part of a team with rotational shifts in order to provide 24/7 support.You should be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure. You are able to identify problems before they happen and implement solutions that detect and prevent outages.
