Job SummaryTheSpecialist - Supply Chain Solutions will be based in Chennai.The Specialist - Supply Chain Solutions should do requirement gathering and prepare business requirement documents, analyze the various data on planning and procurement and provide the insights.Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

  • A Data analyst must develop a healthy data collection systems & sound strategy for getting quality data from different sources to use it to right place efficiently.
  • Analyze the various data on planning and procurement and provide the insights to Stake holder
  • Understand the logic of pulse dashboard
  • Prepare Business requirement document to fix /enhance the existing dashboard
  • Drive and support the automation project
  • Prepare the Project Plans, monitor the progress, ensure the timeliness and update the stake holder regularly.
  • Solution roll out to Sites /End user.
  • Coordinate and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) related to Enhancements and Bug Fixes with Business Groups/Sites.
Here is some of what you will need (required) :
  • Proficiency in ERP BAAN / Kinaxis / Pulse , Knowledge of Engineering BOMs, product structure.
  • Hands on experience in Purchasing cycle including MPS, MRP and warehouse management.
  • Need to be prepared to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zones
  • Willing to learn analytical tools and automation process
  • Ability to understand the process and perform gap analysis to standard.
  • Must possess very strong English communication, negotiation and project self-driven skills.
  • Reports analysis and Metrics building
  • Exposure in MSTR, Tableau, SQL, BI tools is added advantage.

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement
  • Knowledge on Demand Planning, Materials planning
