Job Description

Skills:- The responsibilities of this role include:

Write production level Ruby/Rails code to help support the Avvo platform
Write and maintain application test suite
Collaborate with all teams to meet business objectives

To be successful in this position, you must have:

Skills and experience troubleshooting large, complex systems
Intermediate to senior experience as a developer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of solving complex problems
Leading and participating in technical discussions
Proactive and well organized

Ideally you d also have:

Experience with Elasticsearch
Experience with relational databases (PGSQL/MYSQL)
Experience pairing and mentoring fellow engineers
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
Experience working with a service oriented architecture
Experience architecting platforms
Experience with HTML/JS/CSS
