You will be enhancing the customer experience and building world class solutions.As a testing lead you will be responsible for define test strategy, creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met, and that the solution works as expected. Assignment and management of test scenarios, partner with PMO for defect management

  • Define and execute testing strategy for large scale enterprise system.
  • Automation of enterprise system with latest automation tools.
  • Ensure product quality through applying best practices for quality assurance.
  • Defect triaging and management.
  • Report on the QA status to stake holders.
  • Act independently, at the same time displaying excellent collaboration within and between various teams.
  • Understanding the domain knowledge and adapting to an agile environment.
  • Mentor and guide the QA team.
What we re looking for.Youll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience leading end to end quality initiatives across a global region and/or substantive set of portfolios.
  • Four or more years of experience testing in HR applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft.
  • Workday HCM testing experience.
  • Deep domain knowledge in HR applications testing including upstream and downstream.
  • End to end functional flows Hands-on experience in HR modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll etc.
  • Excellent testing process knowledge including hand-on experience across testing phases and testing tools, Exposure to automation including Selenium.
  • Agile test management and IT testing experience.
  • An in-depth understanding of the end to end software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a focus on transitioning to Agile methodologies.
  • Up to date knowledge of test tooling, tracking systems and experience of working with collaboration tooling.
  • Comprehensive knowledge test automation frameworks that validate functionality at different levels of the technology stack (e.g. WebService, GUI, Unit).
  • Leadership and understanding of Agile techniques desirable (e.g. BDD, TDD).
Even better if you have:
  • Good understanding of integrations and data flows with third-party systems
  • Setup, run and driven continuous improvement initiatives demonstrating improvements based on metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, being able to communicate with clients and high-level stakeholders.
  • Very good communication skills and experience working in multi-vendor scenario involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in working in test teams on large and complex ERP projects.
