  • Working closely with existing Global Support Teams.
  • Ensure high availability and stability of the Visible platform.
  • Automate customer issues, business-reports using AI / ML / RPA Tools.
  • Enhance, Improve GCP, SalesForce and Matrixx Monitoring capabilities.
  • Provide Emerfixes to the Production Environment.
  • Employ knowledge of production SRE practices of large scale Enterprise Applications.
  • Utilize Salesforce / Apigee / Java / RPA / AI / ML / Splunk Tools.
In this hybrid role, youll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.What we re looking for.You will need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Production support for Salesforce and Apigee.
  • Knowledge of Software secure delivery Life Cycle.
  • Experience working with Google cloud platforms or AWS or Azure.
  • Experience in a message queuing platform like IBM MQ.
  • Experience in hosting web servers with Apache, RedHat Linux, and Tomcat.
  • Good knowledge of java / Sprinboot.
  • Experience in querying logs with Splunk.
  • Experience in configuration management using Gitlab / Ansible.
Even better you have:
  • A degree.High Availability Architecture experience.
  • Ability to work under time-critical production outages.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and firewall.
  • Knowledge in working JIRA / Confluence.
