Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility1 Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs2 Understanding the Requisitions/vacant positions shared by hiring managers.3 Creating Talent Pipeline by Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)4 Calling/Cold calling candidates to find relevant prospects out of bulk databases or pools/ job portals, screening and shortlisting them for further rounds of interview.5 Coordinating and updating applicants on interview process, providing feedbacks.6 Taking care of documentation and joining procedures7 Lead employer branding initiatives8 Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates9 Preparing Databases and MIS10 Achieve targeted closuresContext/Purpose of the jobTo take care of the client requirements by providing closures with the best suited candidate for the role. To check if all the CTQ parameters are met and the candidate experience a smooth interview process with maximum knowledge of vacancy he is applying for.
