Job Description

Talent Partnering & People Performance is responsible for facilitating the internal mobility across the different regions in Vestas. The team consist of five Talent Partners - four regional partners and one HQ partner - and a Talent Coordinator, who will be supporting the Talent Partners with talent information. The vacancy is for the Talent Coordinator role . In this role, you will interact closely with stakeholders from various functions, including Talent Partners, HR business partners.This position will be located in Chennai, IndiaResponsibilities

  • Supporting Talent Partners with information to create data insight packs to effectively handle our Talent Pipeline e.g. succession overview
  • Create and Follow-up on Talent & Succession KPIs, identify needed support/trouble shooting in business and deliver both ad hoc and standard reporting.
  • Work together with P&C Analytics to ensure we (Talent team, P&C Business Partners and Managers) have the reports needed to work on Talent matters
  • Ensure Performance Management Process descriptions, templates and supporting materials are updated and made available to Managers and People & Culture
  • Train Service desk in changes to CPD process, so they can answer questions from the business
  • Answer requests from the business related to our performance process
  • Make sure we are GDPR compliant. Clear process descriptions, deletion rules, follow up on processes
  • Capture continuous improvement of the talent processes together with the rest of the team
  • Working closely together with P&C Digital to ensure Global Performance Management process material are linked to system functionality in SAP SuccessFactor system:
    • People Review / Calibration
    • Performance feedback / Continuous Performance
    • Goal setting
    • Development goals
  • To conceptualize changes to our CPD and succession process and which changes we must make in MyP&C (close collaboration with ret of the talent team and stakeholders)
  • Work closely together with P&C Digital to make the changes
  • Test all changes (first in test system and afterwards in production)
  • Update all material and train stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Experience from a large, international company and with working in a matrix structure would be beneficial
  • Experience working in the system, SuccessFactor, would be beneficial (e.g. the Modules: Performance, Objective, Succession & Talent)
  • Experience with handling a broad variety of stakeholders across organisational levels
  • Solid HR toolbox, understanding of the Talent Management Ecosystem
  • Professional communication skills in English - both oral and written
  • Highly experienced in both Excel and PowerPoint
Competencies
  • Experience from a large, international company and with working in a matrix structure would be beneficial
  • Experience working in the system, SuccessFactor, would be beneficial (e.g. the Modules: Performance, Objective, Succession & Talent)
