You will join our Business Applications departmentAs our new Filery Team Lead you will be part of Global IT. In this role you will be supporting a global solution (ProjectWise, Cloud/365, branded as Filery) used by Ramboll colleagues around the globe to manage documents and collaborate on projects delivering towards Rambolls clients.You will report to and assist the Filery Team Manager who is based in Europe. The management of the team is to be done in collaboration with the Filery Team manager in line with the direction set by the Filery Team Manager.Your work will aim to ensure that Filery is stable, relevant, and modern and that Ramboll can grow our tech-enabled consultancy business through fit-for-purpose solutions. You will be part of a growing department with various applications in the portfolio where Filery is one of the newest additions. You will be based in our Chennai office in India and will collaborate with team members in Europe and users globally. In Business Applications, we have a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Day to day management of the Chennai based Filery team, incl. recruiting, ensuring team motivation, development and growth, objective setting and evaluation, prioritisation, and resource allocationEnsuring good collaboration with the rest of the Filery team based in EuropeDelivery management including stakeholder dialogue, pipeline management, escalations, and ensuring operations are in line with governance set upAssisting Filery Team Manager with ensuring processes and procedures operated in the Filery team are in line with Ramboll standards, documented, up-to date, and continuous improvedParticipate in Scrum activities and work on Filery change requests together with the teamResponsible for service delivered to business including creation of custom/complex projects, rendition profiles, managed workspaces, unmanaged profiles and ICS renditionResponsible for system being stable, relevant, and modern this includes managing such activities as installations, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, updates, patches, and releasesResponsible for quality and end user supportResponsible for ensuring Rambolls security policies are adhered to and that any activities to strengthen the area are up to date and followed up on and aligned with Ramboll IT Security directionSupporting business owner in leading the adoption of Filery and engagement with usersYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:Bachelors degree (B.S. in Business, Computer Science or Engineering)Knowledge of ITL processesExperience as delivery lead, delivering what has been agreed with the businessExperience in application management: including installation, maintenance of environments (e.g., install, development, test, staging, production, etc.), patching, fixes, upgrades, code management.Experience in managing document management system in engineering company (3+ years), specifically ProjectWise or other engineering tools, as Autodesk, experience is an advantageExperience in leading a global teamBroad knowledge of Microsoft productsExperience with working in an agile/Scrum set upStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsStructured, experienced, and keen in working with standard frameworks and effectively engaging team in this approachComfortable with change and keen on working in dynamic environmentPersonal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:You are characterized by a high level of commitment and the will to develop high-performance teams.
