Tech Lead will be responsible for hands-on design and development of web applications and APIs. He will also be expected to lead a small team of highly competent developers.
Job Responsibilities:
Design Web applications and APIs Develop Web applications and APIs Work closely with customer, internal stake holders in understanding the requirements Plan and Manage the day to day tasks of the team with and agilescrum environment Report ongoing status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to clients and internal stake holders Manage Continous Integration and Continous Deployment processes Create and maintain product deployment technical guides Provide Technical Assistance and guidance to the team and provide mentoring to the team members Identify individual training and development needs for your team members
Skills Requirements :
Proficiency in the following languages, tools and platforms: NodeJS, Express, React JS, Python Strong in Computer Science fundamentals and core areas like Problem Solving, Data Structures, Algorithms and Complexity Analysis Strong Analytical Abilities and Problem-Solving Skills Experience with test driven development and testing tools. Knowledge of deploying applications to cloud Experience in conception, design delivery of cross platform software Knowledge of agile development practices Experience in defining processes and establishing mechanisms that improves the efficiency of software development for customers and developers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Result orientation
Qualification Experience:
BE B Tech MCA ME M Tech in Computer Science or related fields. 5+ years of experience in software development including 1-2 years at lead-level
