This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It target leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN.Job DescriptionManger Technical/Development who will be working in OSS for an operator in assurance area involves monitoring of a large distributed system in a multi vendor environment. Our OSS solutions combines data from various sources like faults from network elements or statistical information to generate the status information on the health of the network at any time.Responsibility of this role is to;Technically understand multi vendor integration, reporting, Product customization needs in customer cases, participate in requirement elicitation and analyze requirementsDrive realization of the agreed requirement either by self or directing a teamManage the internals team members as well as partner resources and plan the projects accordingly.Carry out independently complex technical activities such as solution design and architectingMulti product support needing skills in more than 4-5 products in OSS and VAS domain.Job Responsibilities & CompetenciesExposure and Experience in Wireless telecom domain standards: 2G, 3G, LTE, etc. and knowledge in NGOSS, eTOM, and OSS/JKnowledge on SNMP, 3GPP CORBA, TMF CORBA, SOAP protocols and standardsExperience in Programming in Java, J2EE or C++ and Scripting in Perl and Shell mandatory.XML, JBI, ESB and Web Services technologies knowledge will be an added advantage.Managing 20+ Team members and guide them technically.Experience in Resource planning.Oracle Database User level and admin level experience.OSS COTS products like NetCool, HPOpen view knowledge is manadatory.Strong knowledge in Linux commands, processes and scriptingMust have proven and excellent System/Solution Integration backgroundQualifications10 15 years of experience in Managerial role primarily in the development or integration services in OSS Service Assurance Domain.10+ years of experience in Telecom, OSS, NMS, EMS Domain, particularlyService Assurance (PM and FM) Area.3 - 5 years of experience in NSN NetAct product and NetAct OSS Integration development using different Mediations.
