  • Technically hands on in software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility towards understanding and capturing requirements, design, development, and acceptance testing
  • Thorough Filenet Content, Process and Application engine product suites
  • Filenet Content & Process Engine Architecture along with expertise in their standard APIs along with CMIS knowledge
  • Produce high quality technical deliverables
  • Undertake development tasks, including software designing, programming, and testing
  • Create estimations for efforts required to produce end to end solution and led the technical solution development.
  • Monitor progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
Expected Profile
  • Articulate Content and Process management requirements to fit into current ECM Strategic Framework of the Bank.
  • Able to produce Solution Architecture and Design for any ECM requirements from multiple business functions.
  • Content Management Standardization techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understand user requirements in detail and break it into high level & low-level design
  • Responsible for the code reviews and code optimization in order to deliver the code as per the company quality standards.
  • Expert in handling testing team by providing inputs in Test Strategy and reviewing test scenarios.
  • Expert in Handing UAT calls and stake holders clarifications
  • Support production rollouts and change implementations followed by successful UVT
  • Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback
  • Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports
  • Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns
  • Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements
  • Strong DevOps related tools and related automation techniques
Programming Skills
  • Must have experience and knowledge of current Java technologies and methodologies
  • Desired to have IBM Filenet related product suite
  • Strong technical skills in the areas core Java, JSP/Servlet, JEE design patterns
  • Strong understanding of product development life cycle
  • Relational database - Oracle
  • Knowledge in banking products
  • Agile concepts
  • DevOps products and their relevant implementation
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
