Job Description

*

  • Check the Booking registers, or against the 1066 Call , divert the Ambulance from the nearest location.
  • Record the ambulance movement with all prescribed particulars in the Log book
  • Receive and Transmit the messages clearly and correctly to the EMS team through mobile.
  • Inform the duty doctor CMO in the dept of Emergency about the patient s condition
  • Ensure that the ambulances start on time as per the booking or against the ON CALL
  • and follow up with the paramedical staff and the attendant till the vehicle reach the spot
  • Maintain and update the ambulance movement in the Log Book or computer
  • Daily report of the Call Canter should be submitted to the GM every day before 9 am
  • Inter Hospital transportation record should be maintained
  • Sharing the patient services information with Base Stations at all times and ensure the prompt services of the ambulance at all time
  • Coordinate with Ambulance Coordinator in arrangement of Ambulance, Drivers in outstation patient services
  • To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives
  • To do aware of departmental performance and objectives.
  • To carry out data collection / support in data collection
  • To adhere safety norms of hospital
  • To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the supervisor.
  • For every patient care services, coordinate with drivers in fixing the Ambulance Charges, collect and updating the IP/ OP bill receipt datas in the movement register
