Escalate if required. Probe and identify requirements to provide appropriate solutions to customers.</li><li>Ensure proficient knowledge on all products (SA, TD, Investments, FX and insurance) & services. Be the leader for resolving all queries & complaints. Ensure full training & briefing on all product launches & upgrades by the relevant product & digital teams.</li><li>Research complaints & compliments. Analyze & suggest innovations & ideas on product & service improvement in addition to service level improvements.</li><li>Handling of complaints & customer journey is supported by the Client Experience teams.</li><li>Keep attuned to the current economic and financial markets to be current and proficient in attending to customers queries.</li><li>Work hand in hand with fellow India Distribution team and overseas RMs and onshore offshore Service Manager to ensure that all business objectives of the Corridor team(s) are met.</li><li>Ensure compliance with operations risk and rigour requirements e.g. KYC and anti-money laundering measures.</li><li>Establish DBS Bank as a wealth management provider in all NR markets. Undertake frequent competitor analysis so that DBS product suite is in line with (or ahead of) competing banks.</li></ul>Facilitate the distribution of third party investment products to customers, after taking into consideration the risk profile and investment objectives of the said customer.<b>Required Experience</b><ul><li>At least 3-4 years in Private/ UHNI Banking</li><li>Proven sales track record in banking/ financial services industry</li><li>Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products</li><li>Knowledge of competitors and market place</li></ul>Preferably AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certified<b>Education / Preferred Qualification</b><ul><li>An MBA or CA with relevant number of years of experience in banking and specifically in retail banking is preferable.</li></ul>Graduate with relevant experience considered.<b>Core Competencies</b><ul><li>Excellent listening skills, with an inquisitive mind</li><li>Strong ability to influence</li><li>Self-drive and highly ambitious</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Result-orientated & the ability to handle pressure</li><li>Relationship building & management skills</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable with tight deadlines</li></ul>Attention to detail & tenacious<b>Technical Competencies</b><ul><li>Sound understanding of CBG product suite and associated technology platforms and operational procedures</li><li>Understanding of regulatory guidelines on banking policies issued by RBI (local regulations in India) and local laws and regulations that impact businesses in general. Understanding of KYC requirements & Anti-money Laundering Policies are critical.</li></ul>Knowledge of financial markets and products to assist in meaningful dialogue with clients<b>Work Relationship</b><ul><li>Close interaction with all stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of sales targets.</li></ul>Establish strong relationship with third party providers & other partners.,
