Job Description

Job briefSavvysoft is looking for an Entry Level US Recruiter, also known as US Recruiter Intern, to join our US Staffing team. This is a Night-Shift position. The intern will be working in the US IT/non-IT market and in the MSP/VMS model.   • Source resumes from various sources, including job boards
  • Create Boolean strings to search for candidates
  • Phone screen candidates who are qualified for job
  • Pre-screening and coordinating with respective managers
Qualifications
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good Critical Thinking Skills
  • Possesses a positive attitude and is willing to take on new challenges
Work Conditions:
  • Night Shifts
  • One month internship including extensive training
  • No salary during the 1st month of Internship
  • Employment from 2nd Month with gross salary of Rs. 24,000 per Month
  • No Cab facility: As Savvysoft is located in the heart of the city (Venkatnarayana Road, T. Nagar - Near Panagal Part), and as during the shift start timings (8 pm - 10 pm) and end timings ( 5 am - 7 am), public transport is very much available
